Very Vanilla

This is the first time I have actually written about the relationship Master and I have.

We are happily married but things had gotten "stale", between work, kids, extra activities, and life in general, Master had started to get wore down.

My Master's Rules

1)   Attitude

A)    The slave will always be in submission to the master whether he is present or not, ready to please him at any time, in any place, under any circumstances, regardless of who may be present.

B)    With regard to this list, the slave agrees to always follow the spirit of the rule and not the word of the rule.  For example, if the rule were to not run with scissors, the slave would also not skip with scissors, thinking this is a means of bypassing the spirit of the rule.

C)    The slave must always speak positively of the master.

D)   The slave must never appear to question the master in public.

E)     The slave must never interrupt the master.

F)     The slave will never respond to the master with the words “no”, “I can’t”, or “I won’t.”

G)   The slave must immediately divulge any occasion she has violated a rule whether the master was present or not.  Should she not divulge the breach of the rules and the master discover it, her punishment will be tripled.

H)   The slave may request a temporary reprieve from any rule at any time.  However, she must provide the master a valid reason for the reprieve.  She must also never ask more than once, and she must willingly accept the final decision of the master.

I)       The slave must be joyful in her tasks.

2)   Appearance

A)    The slave acknowledges that her appearance should always please the master, and she consents to change it in whatever way he wishes.  This includes clothing as well as any aspect of her body, including hair, nails, etc.

B)    The slave will display herself appropriately according to her current setting.  They are as follows:

I)                   In a “casual” setting (defined as any time lounging around the house or while exercising), the slave may dress as she wishes (though, as always, the master may require otherwise).  However, first thing in the morning, she will brush her teeth and brush her hair.  In this setting, the hair must always be in a ponytail so as to display the slave’s neck.

II)                In a “public” setting (defined as any time the slave leaves the house without the intent of a date night or special occasion with the master), the slave must always ask the master for general guidance before dressing.  He may, and will probably often, grant the slave permission to make her own decision without guidance.  However, the slave must always ask.  As with clothing, the slave must always seek the master’s guidance for her hair and accessories.

III)              In a “special” setting (defined as any time the slave leaves the house with the intent of a date night or special occasion with the master, including those special occasions that require overnight travel), the slave must allow the master to select all aspects of clothing and accessories.  She may make requests or offer suggestions, but the slave will consent to the final judgment of the master.

IV)             In a “sleep” setting (defined as any time spent in bed, either with or without the master) the slave shall wear clothing consistent with whoever is in the home or immediate vicinity.  If there are no children or company present, the slave will sleep in the nude.  If there are children nearby who may need attention, or if there is other company who may intrude on the slave and the master while sleeping, then the slave will sleep in a long shirt or nightgown.  No undergarments will be allowed except in the case of monthly period.  In this instance, the slave will wear shorts or pants to bed to indicate the presence of the monthly cycle.

C)    The slave acknowledges that undergarments are a privilege and not a necessity.  At all times (except in cases of daily exercise when a sports bra is permitted), the slave will wear a bra that pushes up and enhances her bust.  Panties of any sort are forbidden at all times without the consent of the master or except during the slave’s monthly period.  When they are permitted, said panties may only be a thong or cheeky underwear, and they must match the bra in color and style.

D)   The slave shall keep herself appropriately shaved of body hair at all times.

E)     The slave will keep her skin an appropriate color as deemed by the master.  Funds for this tanning will be provided by the master.

3)   Physical Conditioning

A)    The slave will engage in vigorous exercise for no less than 30 minutes each day.  Sexual relations will not be accepted as a form of exercise.  Should the master deem the exercise regimen unacceptable, he may change it as he wishes.

B)    In ADDITION to her exercise regimen, the slave will engage in a 30 day squat challenge.  Once she has completed the challenge, she will maintain her results by continuing daily squats at the final level of the challenge five days per week, using three on, one off, two on, one off.

C)    The slave will not weigh in excess of 160 pounds at any time.  The slave will be required to stand on a scale each Monday evening as proof.  Until such time as this goal is reached, the slave is required to lose no less than one pound per week, each week.  If the slave gains weight, or if she loses less than one pound per week, or if the slave exceeds 160 pounds once the goal has been attained, she will face disciplinary action.

D)   The slave willingly consents to any surgery or medical procedure requested by the master for the intent of altering her appearance.  She will allow the master to decide the extent of said surgery or procedure.

E)     Each week, on Monday evening after the weigh-in, the slave will face slave conditioning.  She will present herself in the bedroom, strip nude, and bend over the bed.  The master will roll a standard game die, and the resulting roll will be multiplied by five.  This will determine the number of spankings received by the slave.  The master will determine what will be used to deliver the spankings based upon the servitude of the slave during the past week.  If she has been exceptionally well-behaved, this may be administered with something as light as a pillow.  If she has been exceptionally misbehaved, the slave acknowledges this conditioning may result in bruising.  After each strike, the slave will repeat “I serve the master.”

4)   Daily Activities

A)    Each day, regardless of what else may be on the slave’s schedule, she will be expected to complete each of the following tasks:

II)    The bedroom will be cleaned.

III)  The bed will be made.

IV) The kitchen will be cleaned.

V)    The master’s bathroom will be cleaned.

VI) All laundry will be carried to the washroom.

VII)           One meal will be prepared for the master by the slave.

VIII)        The slave will find a group online of other slave-wives.  She will interact with this group regularly so as to learn how to be a better slave.  

5)   Sexual Service

A)    The slave acknowledges her body is no longer her own.  Rather, it is a vessel for her master’s happiness, and she willingly offers it to satisfy him in all things.

B)    The slave will make herself available to the master at all times.

6)   Discipline
